What changed in 9.00 (checked against the 9.00 game files, 2026-11-08)

Station module recipes: no change. All 30 production recipes used here are identical to 8.00 (and the Terran ones match). The numbers below stay valid.
Equipment recipes changed a lot. All 76 base turrets and 43 of 44 base shields were re-costed (engines and missiles were not). Turrets now need about 1.5× Turret Components, about 2× Advanced Electronics and 7–13× Energy Cells. Example: ARG M Flak used 21 TC, 5 AE and 18 EC in 8.00; in 9.00 it uses 31 TC, 10 AE and 135 EC. Energy Cells delivered to the shipyard now matter.
New: Allographyne (ware khaakalloy). Raw Kha'ak scrap goes to the Kha'ak Scrap Processor, which makes Allographyne Fragments. The Kha'ak Scrap Recycler then turns the fragments plus Nividium into Allographyne. A ship-building station uses its own Allographyne stock to stand in for missing wares, by value. Both module blueprints are sold by Hatikvah and Teladi (no research needed). See S7 and the Allographyne panel.
New option: Terran Scrap Recycler (blueprint from the Segaris Pioneers). It alternates Computronic Substrate and Silicon Carbide made from Scrap Metal. You can add it to S5 to take mining load off S6.
"Closed loop" recipes (Hull Parts + Claytronics + EC) are only used by NPC factions (Scavengers, Loan Sharks and one Alliance wharf). Player stations use the normal recipes.

Recipes and average prices come from the X4 9.00 wares.xml (base + DLC), checked 2026-11-08. Per-hour rate = (output / cycle) × 3600 × module count. Solar modules are also multiplied by sunlight; production modules are not. Both solar types make the same Energy Cells ware, so each station has one EC balance. The Nopileos Kingpin mod switch picks the sectors: off = the Ore Belt hub and other vanilla sectors with their real sunlight; on = S1–S4 and S6 in Nopileos' Fortune II at the mod's 250 % sun (one sector, long local highway, no gate crossings). Each station's location menu offers 2–3 options, ranked by the mining fields in and next to the sector, sunlight, jumps to its supplier stations and jumps to the nearest Xenon / Kha'ak sector (9.00 gate network). Picking one sets the sunlight and the solar module count. Processor modules (Scrapworks, Kha'ak Scrap Processor) handle 150 units per 60 s at full rate. Like in the game, they only run as fast as the modules on the same station use their output (the % shown). The Kha'ak processor rate is assumed to equal the Scrapworks rate; check the module's "products per hour" in game. Allographyne substitution: ceil(missing quantity × ware average price / 1,400) (community-reported rule, matches the 9.00 prices). It is only used when wares are missing, and only from the building station's own storage. The layout is saved in this browser (localStorage); stations added in a newer version are appended to an older saved layout automatically. Use Export / Import to move a layout between devices.
